Non-Refillable Phone Cards:
These cards cannot be used once the balance get dries out and these cards usually expire within three or four months.

Refillable Phone Cards:
Refill option: These cards can be refilled in your account at any point of time either through your phone or online.
Permanent PIN: A PIN number is received to your phone which is your permanent number. So the refilled balance amount would always be added to this PIN number.
PIN-Free Access: There is no need of entering a PIN number whenever you are signing up and registering your phone number.
Balance Transfers: There is an option of transferring the balance from one card to the other card.

Choose the country that are you are going to call as well as the country from where you making a call. (Note: In case you are going to make a call to a mobile number, indicate it in the search option.)

You could also find very low rates along with the minutes and the amount on the top of the displayed page.


4. How to select the right online phone card?

If you generally make very short calls or if you believe that the call you make would generate an answering machine or incase the person whom you called is not available, then the online phone card with a very low wounding and no connection fee would be the best option.

Or in case if you are planning to keep the card for a very long period but not going to use it very often, then the no maintenance fee card is the best option for you.

5. What are the charges levied in a calling card?

Connection Fee:
The connection fee charge varies according to the destination number that you have called and is charged every time a call gets connected.

Service Charges and Taxes:
These charges usually ranges from zero to twenty five percent and is mainly reduced from the balance amount for every call you make.

Maintenance Fee:
The maintenance fee is reduced only when there is a balance amount left out on your calling card and is generally deducted within a period of 24 hours of your first call made. These charges may be levied either weekly or once in 2 weeks or even monthly.

Rounding:
It is a system of figuring out the call duration which could be wounded to 3 minutes, 2 minutes, 1 minute, 30 secs or even 1 second.

Pay-Phone Surcharge:
If a use a pay-phone for making a call, then an amount of 99¢ is deducted as a surcharge from the phone card balance.
