1. Is there an option to purchase more of a same refillable phone card?

You will have to create or register for an account in our website with an entirely new e-mail address and after the registration, you are considered as a new customer and also a different PIN will be issued with which you can buy a new calling card.


2. Can I change my phone number that is registered with the site?

If you use a Jupiter Online Phone card, then the below mentioned procedure is not available. Just go to "My Account" and then to the "Permanent PIN" and go to the option "Balance/ Reports / Add PIN free numbers and then select the "Remove" option and enter the new phone number.


3. Is there a procedure to register different phone numbers to the refillable phone card?

Go to "My Account" and then to the "Permanent PIN" and go to the option "Balance/ Reports / Add PIN free numbers and then add the number to register and select the button "Add Number".


4. Can I register with a same phone number or the same name for all the refillable phone cards I purchase?

There is no option to register the same name or phone number for different refillable phone cards.


5. Is there a process to refill the permanent PIN?

First go to the "My Account" page to login and go to My Permanent Pin to choose the amount and calling card that you can add and also press the "Refill" button or you can contact us during the business hours so that we can refill your card.


6. Is there an option to find the balance and the remaining minutes left in my calling card?

Mostly, the calling cards are cents/dollar based so once you enter the number to make a call, the total minutes left on the phone card will be displayed and also in certain cards, once the PIN is entered, you would be intimated about the balance amount.


7. In the Jupiter calling card, is there an option retrieve the forgotten password?

Go to the "My Account" Page and then to the "Permanent PIN" and select the option "Change Password" and enter your password and then choose the "Setup New password" button and enter the four digit number of your choice.
