1. Is it necessary to create or register an account?

An account is created or registered mainly to get your PIN number from us. We can verify or process your purchases only if you register the phone number which will enable you to make calls faster.


2. What is the process of creating or registering my account?

Once you have chosen the calling card, click on the "Create an account now" option to register an account with us in the Sign in Screen.


3. What is procedure to follow if I have not received confirmation even after registering my information in your site?

Cross check and verify the spelling of the email address once again.

Since the spam features might have filtered your emails, you also have to check in the Spam or Bulk folders in your inbox.


4. Is there an option to create many accounts?

There is a possibility to create numerous accounts provided there should be a unique email address given for each account.

However, it is quite important to have only one account for the below mentioned reasons:

  • Your login username and password will be very easy to remember.
  • You must be verified once at least as a new member.

    Go to "My Account" and then to the "My Profile" and also change the new email address. You cannot give out the same email address which you already used for creating another account with us.
